Rainy Day Activities in Massachusetts
With warmer temperatures comes the increased chance of rainy days. Since outdoor activities will be limited, you’ll need to find somewhere indoor where you can keep yourself, your friends and your kids entertained after camp or work lets out. Below are some activities people of all ages can enjoy on a rainy, dreary afternoon!
Cornhole
When the weather is too poor to play cornhole in your backyard over a barbecue, you can bring the game indoors! All you need to do is move the boards inside for a fun, indoor activity. We offer cornhole inside our air-conditioned facility, perfect for excessively hot or rainy days.
Table Tennis
Much like cornhole, a regulation table tennis table can be moved from place to place, depending on your needs. A fun activity for players and spectators alike, playing to a set score or even just for fun can fill an afternoon just like that. You can also work on your skills and learn how to play within the rules outside of competition.
Sports Simulators
If you are looking for a way to be active while staying indoors, The Clubhouse offers
sports simulators. Using a simulator allows you to work on your skills while remaining indoors, practicing in real-world situations. The Clubhouse offers simulators for fourteen separate activities, including over 70 golf courses, basketball, baseball, football, soccer and several other sports. Work on your baseball swing or your field goal kicks regardless of the temperature or weather, keeping your skills sharp for the season.
